Every registered account receives up to 3 free Basic generations per UTC day. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC, and unused free generations do not accumulate or transfer to another day.

Basic creates a 1K image and uses one free daily generation first, then 1 paid credit. Pro creates a 2K image and always costs 3 paid credits.

Monthly subscriptions renew each month and add the listed credits after payment. Yearly subscriptions charge once per year and add the full annual credit allowance. One-time packs are a single purchase with no recurring subscription.

Subscription credits accumulate in your account instead of resetting at the end of a billing period. Paid credits remain available while your account is active.

No. Credits from a one-time pack remain available while your account is active. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

You can continue using the daily free Basic allowance when it is available, wait for the next subscription credit grant, or buy a one-time credit pack. Home Design AI does not automatically buy extra credits for you.

Yes. You can manage and cancel an active subscription through Stripe's secure billing portal from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access through the current paid period and credits already granted are not automatically removed.

Your first paid purchase may be refunded within 7 days only when all credits associated with that purchase remain unused. Used or partially used purchases, renewal charges, and subscription periods that have started are not refundable unless required by law or there is a confirmed duplicate charge or billing error.

Yes. When our systems determine that a generation did not complete successfully, the daily Basic generation or paid credits charged for that job are automatically returned.

Paid credits work across the available home design and floor plan tools, with Basic 1K and Pro 2K options, private design history, and generated-image downloads without the free-result watermark.
